  • Ireland, Australia & US Sources

  • Origin Green is Ireland’s national food and drink sustainability program, led by Bord Bia (the Irish Food Board). It is a voluntary initiative that brings together farmers, food producers, retailers, and foodservice operators to achieve measurable sustainability goals.

    The program focuses on areas such as carbon footprint reduction, water and energy efficiency, biodiversity, and responsible sourcing, ensuring that Irish food production meets high environmental and ethical standards. Participants commit to independently verified sustainability targets.

  • Regenerative agriculture beef comes from cattle raised using farming practices that restore soil health, enhance biodiversity, and improve ecosystem resilience. These methods include rotational grazing, cover cropping, and minimizing synthetic inputs to promote carbon sequestration and water retention.
